Email Account Locked

I don't know if this is related to MWM or not.

I had been using the iPad including MWM but had put the iPad in sleep mode. I then went to the desktop computer and tried to check email on it. MWP errored and the related message was something to the effect that the ISP had rejected access. I then opened my email client (Agent) and attempted to access email and received an error message indicating that my email account was already being accessed. I then powered the iPad off and returned it to sleep mode and had no further problem on the desktop.

About ten minutes had elapsed between placing the iPad into sleep mode and attempting to access email on the desktop.

Can you send me logs from the desktop MailWasher, just go Help >> Send Support Logs >> put chris as the Ticket Number >> Send Logs.

In it's current iteration, the MWM is checking the account every few minutes. We're doing this mostly as a load test but it will have the increased possibility of locking accounts.

MailWasher keeps the last 3 days worth of logs, so you can just send me those if you like. Under Help >> User Files >> just look for the logs folder, you can send that to me at forum@firetrust.com

Yup great, once the guys get rid of that 3 minute check interval then I expect these errors will stop. Charters just trying to protect against funny things that can happen when you have too many email programs hitting the same account at the same time :)
S: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.
