Sync Link problem

I have setup MW Mobile on my Tablet but when I click the Sync button on my desktop MWP I am getting an error message saying that the user name (or email address when trying to setup a new sync account) is already in use. What should I do to establish the Sync function between the 2 devices?

Hi

When you started using the mobile version, it asks you to create a Mailwasher ID. You enter your email address, make up a username and password. This is used to sync the desktop version to the mobile version. Once in, you should enter your actual email account settings which lets you view your email.

Can you enter the Mailwasher ID you created in the mobile version (username and password) in to the Desktop version to sync. If you want to start again, let me know and we'll delete the account info.
