I created & used in my Android since December 12th.
I upgraded my ROM to the latest JB 4.1.2, restored my backup Apps BUT for some silly reason, I forgot the password.
I tried on my Desktop to sync, nope. The Reset password function does not work yet.
Is it possible to delete my account?
That way I can create a new one for the mobile.

I'll request it be deleted for you, but the person who does this is away at the moment so I'm not sure when it will be done.
For now, you can create a new Mailwasher ID, username and password and just use a random email address as it’s not important at the moment during testing.

Hi Im trying to use MW pro 2011 in Windows 7, but after installation mails are not being washed away, it stays on MW. im using a POP mail a/c, if i have to delete those mails i have to go to the POP mail server & delete those mails then only MW also washes those mails. No problems in deleting blacklisted or spam mails, only the good mails are doesn't disappear from MW

You most likely have your email application configured to "Leave a copy of the mail on the server". Change that and the MWP will clear the grid on the next Check Mail after you retrieve the messages from the server in your email application.

I installed the latest MWP 2012 1.21.5 desktop and when I tried to sync my mobile (android) I had to create a new MW ID since I forgot my password. I did that and when I tried to add my email address it failed giving me an error message of FAILED DUPLICATE EMAIL. Can my MW ID be deleted so that I can create a new one so that I can use my MW Mobile?

Nick, resetting my MW ID using my email address DID THE TRICK! Thank you. I was able to create a new MW ID and sync my desktop and mobile email accounts. Now I can use my MWM beta test app - OUTSTANDING product. I look forward to development of the features that you say are coming in the future. Is there currently a feature in the MWM (android version) that will notify me audibly and visually with an icon blinking when mail arrives?

Good to hear it's working for you now. At the moment we don't have audible and visual feedback of new mail, but we'll be sure to add it in.
