Version 9 Install Problem

I downloaded the new apk & tried to install on Google Nexus 7 tablet, Android 4.2.1, & got message the app could not install. Setting to allow apps from outside sources was set - reboot didn't help.

I downloaded the apk to my Android phone, 4.1.1, & it installed fine. I uploaded the apk to a dropbox folder & installed on a rooted Kindle, 4.0.4. It worked fine.

I tried that same dropbox apk on the Nexus & again it wouldn't install. I finally removed the Mailwasher app from the Nexus & installed with no problem. Evidently it wouldn't update just install.

Had the same problem :thumbsdown , followed the previous users instructions and all is well now. :thumbsup
