MWM ceased functioning yesterday evening and still isn't working. I've restarted the iPad several times.

Just checked here and got my new mail on Ipad

Rebooted again, and it's now working-sort of. The email listing isn't clearing several minutes after deletion in Safari and new emails aren't being found.

It was down, but we bought it back up within the hour. Working ok now?

Is the server down? My IPad app just hung with a message open.

Deleted the App and reinstalled and all is good.

No, should be all ok. The reason it went down the other day is we forgot to turn on the monitoring software

Not sure why the app had the hard hang. I had a message designated pink and opened it, hit the friends button, it turned green and the delete check then appeared. It then hung the app with no known way to clear the problem. None of the controls on the message would function. I had to delete the app and reinstall to restart.

Nick, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It seemed to be intermittent for a while, but present anomalies are probably related to the three minute cycle.

Is the server down? All I have on my IPad is a white screen? App is totally unresponsive.

No, they're all ok. Have been all night. Does it work if you restart it?

Restarted app, rebooted IPad and got the same result. Just went back to IPad and rebooted it again and it is working now.

Just had a Cannot connect to the server error form V1.0

Back up now.

Yes, I had a look about 5 minutes ago and it was all ok. We're still on one server, but we'll spread the work out to other servers this week

Things appear to be working normally now. When i first loaded v10, I could not log on. I assume that this related to a server problem which has since been resolved.
