I'm running the latest version of MWP 7.1 and want to use rthe mobile app which I have installed on my ipad
When I go to Settings/Create ID on my desktop and I enter my email address , user name and password it says "email is already in use" . I cant recall ever creating a Mailwasher ID before..
Help please as I would like to use MWP with my ipad and iphone

That's strange...
If you'd like to use the E-mail address that's giving the errormssge now, you'd best PM Nick and ask him to have that ID deleted, but there's a workaround... The good thing is namely: you can create a "sync- ID", using any E-mail address that pleases you.. So as a workaround, you could use any other E-mail address/password combination and create a new MWM ID with that. It'll work, as long as you use
exactly the same combination in MWP and in MWM.

You also need to ask Nick to delete your Account information on their servers. You
must use the same exact ID and password on both the laptop and the mobile device.

Deleting the
old, non- functioning account would be OK, it would keep FT's database clean... For mal7896 him/herself it wouldn't add anything.... But, as said: it would be nice if the FT people would know which ID is non- functional and could be deleted....
