Cannot add or sync

Cannot add or sync

I have intalled MWM on my iphone. It accepted two email addresses with no problem but will not save any more
I just get this message if I try to sync with MWP {"errorCode":103 "errorMessage":"Failed, duplicate account"}
If I add the new address on my iphone It just does not save it.
Errors in the log files say "error400"
Can anybody help please?

Have you tried deleting the Accounts from the IPhone and then doing the sync for all accounts from MWP?

Hi

Did you setup 2 Mailwasher ID's and create the duplicate account under one of these? Can you let me know what these are, or your email address and I'll remove them so you can start again. Just PM me or send to [email protected]

Well i just removed MWM from my iphone, reinstalled and created a new id that i have not used before
and it still says duplicate account when i try to add a new email account.
Ive sent you the log files. Thanks for your help.

Thanks Nick, just tried again and setup perfectly on iphone and Andriod.
