Been seeing frequent hangs after a Check Mail on IOS. No way to clear. APP not visible in the "running apps area". Always have to Uninstall/Reinstall to clear. Spinner just keeps turning with no time out. Some times if I click on the account header at the UL side It will go back to the accounts listing and then show the number of incoming messages. Then it will resume OK. Not sure why but it may be related to another problem e.g. having to do more than one Check Mails to get the current messages shown (usually two).

Is this when you do a pull to refresh, or select an account? Also, when the spinner keeps spinning, it should time out after 30 seconds. Does it come back after a minute?

It's on a pull down. Never times out, left it set and it will not clear.

Seems odd that it's still displaying if it's not in the running apps list. We need to update the PhoneGap application (the wrapper for the Mailwasher html pages) so there might be a related fix there for it.

Would be interesting to see if it happens on an older version

Did not observe the hang previously. I think the need for an extra sync to get the message was there previously. I have not checked to see if the app is visible in the run stream for the last couple of revs e.g. no hangs.

It used to hang on my device but I think the current version is doing fine now.

Mine is hanging right now. What should I do? Should I delete and reinstall it?

Are you just seeing the spinner when trying to load accounts or has the whole app frozen? I'd just close it down and restart it
