Mobile account deletion

In the MWP forum I raised a topic asking how to solve a problem with synching my MWP and MWM mail accounts (http://forum.firetrust.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=14185)

I was asked to post here to request deletion of the old account: address deleted I can't use it because I've lost my username, even though I know the registered e-mail address and I have reset the password.

Hopefully the second account I created will then function and allow the synchronisation of the mail accounts already set to synchronise.

Perhaps a facility to login and administer MWM accounts would be useful?

Despite this hiccup, many thanks for the continued development of a great tool!

Hi there, I've deleted that account now so you should be good to go again. We'll have an admin area eventually :)

Many thanks!

However! I still have an error when I set the mobile accounts to Sync from the Mailwasher Pro GUI. MWP is logged in with my account, I've selected the Mobile account to Sync (4 of 10 selected), I select the Sync button and get 2 x the error message: {"errorCode":103, "errorMessage":"Failed, duplicate account"}

Of the 4 accounts selected 2 sync with my other device and 2 fail.

Should I post this in the MWP forum?

Nope... this is the place-to-be concerning MWM problems.. Just wait until Nick is back (remember: it's night now in NZ).. :!: One suggestion though: I'd edit your first post in this thread if I were you, and remove the E-mail address. If neccessary you could provide Nick with your credentials via PrivateMessage (click the PM under Nick's avatar a/o found in his reply-mssge).. Spammers/bots might read here too... better safe than sorry! :roll:
