Email Accounts not visible

I am using MW Pro for years and satisfied.
Now I installed MWM on a Galaxy S3 smartphone. First it worked with 2 email adresses. Then I installed more adresses, I use 13 adresses and wanted to check most of them. I believe I had 8 installed, then In quitted installing, but left the app open. Then I left the WLAN range of the phone, so not internet.
Later I wanted to use the phone but the MW app was open and wanted me to login, which was not possible since there was no internet connection.
It took a lot of exit keystrokes till the app finally terminated, it kept popping up over and over.
Back in the WLAN range none of the email accounts was visible any more. I tried an new login with another ID, however I got error messages, that email accounts are duplicate. I could enter unused email accounts, but they where not visible.
I deinstalled MWM, cleared the cache, and reinstalled.The phone still remembers the email accounts, but I cannot see them.
I meanwhile have three MWM ID's, no visible email accounts and apperently all entered accounts seem to be stored in the phone and I cannot get rid of them.
MWM is not working at all for me. Any idea what to to?

You will have to have FT remove all of your ID's from their servers. I suggest that you email Nick with the information you used to set up the accounts.
OBW MWM has a limit of 5 accounts currently.

I'll email the details to Nick.

I wasn't aware of the limit of 5 accounts. An error message would help or something to prevent entering more accounts.

Hi Nick,

it looks like the same/similar problem Avspinball is having. Topic "Sync Error"
All of my usernames show no email accounts.
I mailed more details in reply to your email.

Hi Loki

Got them thanks, and removed everything and now we've realised there's another problem so you can't add accounts back - we're working on it and I'll let you know when we've got a fix.

Hi Nick,

I got your email that you removed all acounts all everything is OK now.
So I created a new account. I used one of the usernames I used before.
I synced 5 email accounts from MW pro. None of them showed on the mobile.
I reduced the email accounts to sync from MW pro to 1 and synced again.
Now I get messages in MW pro: duplicate accounts
Still no email accounts visible in MWM.
Tried to add email account in MWM. I do get a message that the account already exists.
Still nothing visible.

Was I too fast? Your email saying OK came in a bit later than the forum post.

I tried to sync from MW pro with one account selected. I did get an error 103 duplicate accounts.
When I selected an account I had not synced before, it will work the first time, second time I get error 103
None of the accounts show in MWM.
I added one account manually in MWM which I had tried to sync before.
It showed up and when I synced the emails not retrieved yet show in MWM.
Exit MWM and reenter. Press Start: No Email Accounts exist
Tried to enter the first account manually added. Get the message duplicate account
Still no email accounts visible :(

Hi Nick,

great job. It worked. :D

I reinstalled MWM, just to be save.
Created new account in MW pro and synced one account
voila it showed in MWM

added more accounts, they all synced ok and show in MWM
logged in and out MWM, all accounts still visible.

Two of my email accounts on my IPhone 5 disappeared yesterday and I can't figure out how to make them visible again. I thought I must have deleted them and tried to recreate them, but get the error that I can only have 5 email accounts. The total number of accounts on my IPhone was 4 before this most recent event, so I should be able to recreate one, even if the other two are just hidden (some how).
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, how do you find the version of the installed app on the Iphone5?

Hi

Probably the easiest way is to sync them from MailWasher Pro. Go to MailWasher Pro>>Settings>>Sync, then enter your username and password for the mobile version there, then select your accounts to sync.

Mobile version is visible after hitting the Settings Gear.
