Mailwasher on ipad .

In Outlook you can select emails to be deleted by particular words or phrases that appear in the header or text
Can we do that in the Ipad version of MW

No, not in this version. We're rewriting it though so you'll be able to sync your filters (as you describe) from MailWasher Pro to allow this.
