Failure to connect - New problems.

Help please.

I have been using the mobile version on my iPhone and iPad for ages.

In the last few days it has become useless.

I always get the "can't connect to server" comment.

When it does connect I delete the junk and then i can connect again.

I have to restart the app and then the deleted messages appear again .. they were not deleted at all.

I have removed and reinstalled the app.

I can't think of what else I can do.

Any ideas Please ?

FT is aware of the problem. Just standby until they return to work tomorrow e.g. It's Sunday there.

There are sever problems.

Yes, sorry about this. We've run in to some capacity problems so hopefully we can get them fixed today
