Now there's something new. Just checked my email account settings and it was gone. Had to set up the email account again. Didn't check that side of things earlier this afternoon when I created the post. Haven't been anywhere near those settings on the mobile since we got It up and running again.... :? Oh working fine again now.

Right, all very strange. I have another couple of users reporting issues. We're looking in to it.

Ok, one of the servers died so people have been redirected to others.

The instances of headers not appearing in MWM but present on Safari, seems to have become more noticeable in the last ouple of weeks. I don't know whether this is related to this problem, but it looks like some headers aren't being found. The time stamps in Safari indicate that this doesn't look like a cycle time problem.

If you could send us an example we'll be able to find out why it's not showing

I don't normally check the Headers in MWM but I took a look today for the last two or three batches of incomings and they all are intact. I'll keep monitoring.
