Account expired

Mailwasher pro user on PC
Mailwasher Mobile in iPhone5 ios 7
Today, suddenly, mobile app asks for user name and password
I login, and no email addresses are available, so I try to recreate them.
partway through, the mobile app kicks me out, saying "Account expired, redirect to start screen"
I deleted app, then reinstalled. Same thing.
so, to summarize, the mobile app seems to think that I'm not a legal user (renewed license in October, BTW)
cannot stay logged in, cannot add email accounts, cannot sync on PC (says "not logged in" when I try to sync mobile)

Any ideas?

If you haven't used it for a long time, we will expire accounts and it's not in relation to your renewal for Mailwasher Pro, although your issue seems to be a bit different. What was your username? Feel free to email me nick.bolton@firetrust.com with it if you want and I'll look in to it.

I use the PC program daily, but the mobile app, less frequently, mainly because of the gmail issue. No matter how many times I tell gmail it's okay, I can NEVER get the mobile app to pick up my gmail messages.

How long will it be / dormancy before an account gets expired?

It's 30 days if you don't use it. Otherwise if you change your email account password, but don't update it in the Mailwasher Mobile app, we'll remove it after 24 hours.

Hello,

What do I have to do to solve that problem.
I have uninstall and reinstall, same situation.
Try to create a new account with same information: same problem.

Running Android 4.4 on Nexus 4.

Hi, I've deleted your Mailwasher account now, so you can re-create it and add your email accounts again.

Hi, was able to re-create MWP account.
After the creation of the first email account, I am not able to create other account: exceed maximum ???

We recently changed the limit on the mobile to one email account after some server issues. To get around this for now, you can add unlimited email addresses by going to Mailwasher Pro>>Settings>>Sync and sync all your email addresses to the mobile version.

My Charter account is again missing from MWM. I get the message that indicates that the ISP says the password, etc., are incorrect. They aren't. I've tried several times over a couple of days with the same result. MWP works just fine on the PC using the same settings, as does my email client.

Did you try a resync from MWP?

Synched (again) as Sidewinder suggested. However this is the second time MWM has lost the account in the last couple of weeks.

Nick, I'll email you the address. This is the only email address I use.

The Charter account has died again in MWM.
