HTC upgrade today, now getting Error 103 sync

Nick,
Using MW 7.03 and mobile version 1.4. Following an HTC upgrade to Android version 4.4.2 today the device lost all previous app settings. I cannot remember original MW ID settings, so I created a new one, twice. MW mobile now logged in to MW desktop using last created ID name. However, When trying to re-sync MW desktop to MW mobile, I get "Error 103 - duplicate account' 3 times due to there being 3 email accounts in use.

I understand from previous posts that you have to delete the MW IDs from the server so that I can start again. Please advise.

Yes I'll need to remove the previous username and data. Can you please email me at nick.bolton@firetrust.com and I'll fix it up. This problem won't happen in the next version we'll have out.
