When I try to login to my MWM on my Android, I get the "account expired redirecting..." message.
I haven't been able to successfully use it earlier and it probably expired.

When I tried to create a new MailWasher ID on MWP, it says the email is already in use on 2 email accounts.
Can you help me and delete those Mailwasher IDs? or help resolve the issue?

Ok, I've removed those so please try again and set up a new MailWasher ID.

I'm having the same sort of problems, It lets me log in but shows there's no mail account (was there previously) attached. When I go to add the previous mail account it says it is a duplicate, whips me about the head saying account expired and then won't let me create a new one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same problems here I either get account expired when logging in or if I do get in no Email accounts set up. If I try and create a new Email account or sync with my desktop PC I get a duplicate account already exsists message.

Email Nick with the Email address that you used to set up your accounts initially. He will then delete your accounts on their server and then you can start over. Remember if you don't use the app for 30 days your account is disabled.

Hi ncartwright, it should be fixed now

I get a "account expired" message every time I try to log in. If,sometimes, I succeed, as soon as I set up an account it says that there is a duplicate of it and it logs off. I have been using mailwashermobile on my iphone, after aa upgrade it stopped working and since then, I can't use it again? Any help?

Thanks Nick. Now I can't add a second or third mail account in my profile. "Max email accounts exceeded". why?

Just add them by going to MailWasher Pro>>Settings>>Sync, then you can add as many as you like.

I'm again getting the no email account and will so a synch. Will this also synch 2.0?

No, we'll get a new version of MW Pro out for version 2.0.0 to enable the syncing
