Hi,
This is the second time this has happened to me, just loosing an account.
I only have two accounts on my phone, but recently just lost one for no apparent reason. OK, when I got home I could sync again, but unavailable until then.
Today I lost one again. I cannot say if it was the same one or not.
Could we have a feature to sync from the phone.?
Android version
TIA

What do you mean "losing account"???
Are you talking about:
- The account won't check mail?? (until you return home) or
- The account completely disappears from MWM?? (as if it never existed until you return home)

This is a known bug with that version, something we've fixed with the new beta version.
You can sync your accounts again via MailWasher Pro.

Yes, I know, and that is what I did both times, but would it be possible to sync from the phone. The sync details must be held by Firetrust? as I needed to login tonight for the sync. Could we not be able to login via the app.?

Since it's a cloud app, all the details are held on the server so when you login via any device your details are always there. But in this case the account was deleted so it's only on your Mailwasher Pro version, so you need to sync it to the server again for your mobile device to pick it up
