I have recently downloaded the mobile version to this 'phone:

Kernel version 3.4.5

Build number Jelly Bean

Software information 120HEG1


I read an earlier topic which mentioned a similar problem on another variant of an Android. I tried entering my username in upper case letters and resetting my password, but they are not accepted.
I have also uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, but that has made no difference.

What to do to overcome this?
