Create Account Problem

Greetings,

I'm new to the iphone but have used MailWasher Pro on a pc for years.

New IPhone 5C 8.0.2

App : fresh dpownload and install of mailwasher from ITune App Store.

Create account : very very frustrating email address entered, user name enter, password entered -> Create mailwasher ID/ The spinning circle displays for a few seconds and the nothing. No notification of account created, no error notifications, just a back button

Login does not accept the data entered.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated before I throw the whole thing in the trash can. -David

Nick will respond but if you are in fact a new iOS MWM user then the problem most likely due to Apple's restrictions on Beta software testing. Your device ID must be registered as an authorized user or it will not work.

Now if I can find a way to do an install without using the horrible iphone key board. Tom Tom gives you that option when the unit is connected to a USB port

So far I have figured out how to rearrange the screens ands sync the phone. Not actually operate the phone.

Do the install from your PC using iTunes.

I've found the install for apps in ITunes. It's the setup screens that drives me nuts. I couldn't tell you how many times I've typed an retyped a username and password in the last 5 days. It is ridiculous. And it seems everything on an iphone 5 is case sensitive.

Security is 1 thing, but the reality is if you loose a smart phone, you call have the thing disconnected.

I've ordered a bluetooth keyboard. It looks to be the answer. Thanks

I find iTunes pretty frustrating, but there's a few transfer products out there which make it much easier (like a file manager) such as
