Emails not being deleted from server

Emails are taking a very long time to be deleted from the mail server, and on several occasions I have had to manually delete them using my mail app which kind of defeats the purpose.

It might help if my domain host had access to the app so they can check if there are any settings which need amending. When will this become available on iTunes?

Alternately I can set up a test email account as I have admin access - then you can test yourself. Just let me know.

We've submitted it to iTunes, so they take about a week to approve it depending on how busy they are. So perhaps this week.
