Should we be receiving notifications when we wake up our iPads? I did for a while, but have had none for some time. I have notifications turned on in both the app and the email account. Incorrect setting? In the past, when I woke up the iPad, I would get full a screen with notifications before the iPad password entry screen if there were emails. This no longer happens.

I've deleted and reinstalled MWM. Still no notifications.

Sorry for the delay, had to check this on an IOS device. I'm not seeing any issues with this. Can you remove your email account in MW Mobile and then re-add it again.

That was done when I deleted MWM and re-installed it. THe re-install had me reload the Charter account.

Just to be sure, I deleted Charter again and recreated it. Can't test it at present because i've no new email. I've also rebooted the iPad.

Notications didn't work initially, but I've now received one when I woke up the iPad. It had the correct message count.

Ok good. I'll ask the developers tomorrow what might have happened

Notifications again this morning, but counts were incorrect.
