Sync MW Pro with Android - incorrect username/password

Just renewed MW Pro subscription & thought I would try the Android app.
Installed the app, created an account via the PC, and selected everything to sync. All showed as synced OK on the desktop.
However, can't log in on Android app as it always says incorrect username or password.
This is confusing because there is no username entry, only email and password.
Details are definitely entered correctly.
Now selected "reset password" in the app but don't know where to go from here.
I can still log in on the PC.
Using MW Pro 7.3.0 which is the latest version on checking.
Android 4.4.2

I suggest that you upgrade MWP to 7.4.0 first.
When you set up the Mobile version you have to create an account with a Username and Password. Then in MWP in the Sync function you enter the same Un/Pw before you sync.

Thanks for that. The upgrade sorted it out. Not made clear on the Firetrust Mobile help page that you need version 7.4.0 for it to work.
Would have saved a lot of time trying to make it work.
Additionally, checking MW Pro for updates said the software was up to date, and yet it wasn't as I was on 7.3.0.

There have been other reports about this but if your prior version was a Beta release then they do not get notification. Best if you "Subscribe" to the Post about the release version that way you will get an email when a new one comes out.

Sorry about this, some users are not getting the update notifications for some reason. We normally send out an email as well informing users of the update but didn't for this version as it was quite minor and we were in a transition period with the new mobile version. We're going to release a new update soon (after we get it out to beta testing) and we'll definitely email users about it.
