Another 'Unable to contact server' problem

Recently downloaded the newest Mailwasher Pro version that accepts IMAP. Downloaded the 2.0 mobile app. Have tried creating mobile login without success as the server issue always presents itself. Server down, or what else would be causing the problem? Thank you
