I just installed MW on my Samsung Note 4....forgot about the mobile version when I got my phone last fall and had to reinstall everything..... until renewing the PC version today....I've reset the MW website's pw several times to no avail, the mobile app keeps giving me a bad email/pw error.....any Ideas what i'm doing wrong? Thank you

This username/password combo is not the Firetrust website password you use to view your purchases etc. It's a new 'Firetrust Login' so you'll need to create it first. When you start the MWM app, go to 'Create Login' and make a login.
