Re: "Unable to contact server"
Have you tried shutting the device off and then restarting it?

Re: "Unable to contact server"
Yes, I've switched on/off, no difference.
I've also cleared app data and cache but no success.
Thanks anyway

Yes, sorry about this. We had to renew our SSL certificate and there was a small configuration problem with the new certificate which wasn't immediately apparent.

Re: "Unable to contact server"
I have the exact same problem with my wifi only Android tablet.
1st off, I couldn't get in on the web to my account from Firefox in Windows with any machine and had to reset the password.
I reset it to exactly the same password (I copy and paste, never type). That fixed the problem.
At the same time, I stopped being able to access from my tablet. The Same "Unable to contact server" error. I re-installed and that didn't help.
My guess is that the new server and the Android program have some criteria somewhere about what characters or how many will not be accepted for a password and my password is doing something your new server/ system / Android program doesn't like.
Does anyone know what the Android password acceptability rules are? Is there a list of unacceptable characters (within the standard unicode ascii set, nothing fancy). I really liked being able to use Mailwasher on my tablet.

Re: "Unable to contact server"
Where are you all from? Trying to work out if there's a route being blocked to our server for this. I'm not seeing any issues at all.
