Iphone X App is my problem. I can't even add a second account to test whether it's related to icloud or not. the app opens the window to add another account but doesn't let me actually fill in the information because it has problems communicating with the server I suppose - whatever you use when adding an account. The only field I can select is the Assing Account Colour. So it seems the App has multiple issues.....

Aha, today the android app is working fine.
Any idea what the issue was?

That's odd. No idea.
The whole app is just a website which we wrapped up to make it look like an app. You can also get to it via http://mailwasher.firetrust.com/ on your browser, so if that works, then it should work in the app. Plus if you saw it working on IOS, then it should work the same in Android unless there's something screwy going on with the Android browser.

Hmmm, it's been intermittently working and not working this week.

Ref: IOS on various devices - iphone and ipads - Been having this problem ''Unable to contact server'' for a month or so now. Will work on wifi but not on Vodafone UK network 3G or 4G whilst still able to connect to Internet and use web. Does not work for any email addresses that I have registered on it. Has worked fine for me for many years. Is this to do with the Server certficates which RusticDog mentioned some time back may need refreshing?
All working well on wifi though. Any ideas how to fix it? Have tried turning devices off fully and logging in from fresh. ??!! Help please.

Neither IPad nor IPhone working today: "Unable to contact server" on both. Web version OK. Please advise.

not working for me using iPh7 with iOS11
tried LTE & WiFi same issue; both using ATT
PC access did login but has previous emails that already cleared when working.
this been intermittent for about 30 days, similar issue last week for about 2 hours.
NOTE1: PC access & WiFi for iPh7 use same internal router & DNS is ATT and cell(LTE) for iPh7 is ATT.

Same here over the last day.
Using a Sony Xperia XA1.
Can successfully login and use Mailwasher on PC.
Doesn't work on mobile network or WiFi (same network as the PC).

Yep, sorry about this folks. We had an issue and it's working again, hopefully that's the end of that issue.
