Our server notifies AWS which notifies Apple which notifies You
If we do it through AWS the only difference is it isn't notified by our server to send the message first

Ok I opened those ports on my router and Norton.

I also enabled my Wireless connection to see if that made any difference.

Mail sync is dead after 10:22 am this morning and no notificatios.

It appears I can mail sysc but only with my celluar connection turned on. With WiFi only I cannot get my new email from your server. No notifications with either/both connections available.

Not sure how it went from intermittent notifications to none at all.

It's really baffling! So it works on a cellular connection but not wifi? (except notifications). We'll keep looking

This morning I was able to manually do a swipe and bring in fresh mail until around 11:37 AM EST. After that nothing happens. I did a log off, delete app, reload app and log back in all on Wi-Fi and still nothing.

Does the swipe request from my iPad use the APN resources to talk to your servers?

I am getting notifications from other apps but I'm in doubt that all are coming in.

Did you change anything just now for my account?

I just turned off Wi_Fi and turned Cellular service on and did a swipe and it did a refresh.

No, we didn't change anything yet. Just monitoring things.

If you swipe down, then close your phone, wait a bit then you should receive notifications. Notifications won't be shown if you're using the app.
