Problem syncronising Android

I downloaded your app for Android and after I realised I needed a different password I thought I had it sussed! However, when I open Mailwasher Pro on my desktop and try to sync the accounts I got this message:

Can you (in MailWasher Pro), go to Settings>>Accounts>>General, and remove any non letters from the 'Account Description' such as apostrophes ' and brackets () etc.

Then try to sync again.
