Android MailWasher No Longer Syncing?

Worked great for a while now it just does its thing, shows no mail and just says: "Synced a few seconds ago." Unfortunately, I have 30+ messages when I check on my PC. I have log'd off and on (android) and still get the same results. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: Everything is working fine now. This was my solution:

1. Went to Android MailWasher Pro
A. Uninstalled MailWasher
B. Reboot Android
C. Re-installed MailWasher (but didn't log back in)

2. Went to Desktop MailWashper Pro
A. Went to Settings
B. Log'd out
C. Log'd back in.

3. Went to Android MailWasher and Log'd in

4. Went to Desktop MailWasher and Sync'd, Sync'd again with Friends and Sync'd last time with Blacklist

5. Went to Android MailWasher and Log'd in.

BINGO - Living the dream once again!

Thanks for the feedback, a bit surprised it took all this. Perhaps your email password had changed or something and it needed to by Sync'd again?

Acutally, you just reminded me that a few times this week I was forced to log in again on the Android side. Anyway, I haven't changed my MailWasher password in a billion years, etc. Who knows - as long as it is working again.

Well - back to it not sync'ng. I guess it is time to uninstall and move onto something else - bummer!

I'm having the same syncing problem. All of my email accounts are showing up in in Mailwasher Mobile, but all are showing only emails from days ago. Non show recent emails. All email accounts update normally in Mailwasher Pro. When I go to Settings in Mailwasher Pro and click on Sync, the green progress line shows for one second, then green balls with white checkmarks show that all have been synced, but no new emails show up in Mailwasher Mobile.

Is there a way to delete an email account in Mailwasher Mobile and let Mailwasher Pro Sync reinstall it?

Yes, no known issues on our end, can you please try restarting your device, if no better, yes, you can indeed delete the account and set it up again...

First, click the Gear icon in MW Mobile, and click X to delete your account/s,
then log off MW Mobile, (icon for this top L/H side in MW Mobile >> Logout)

then in MWpro click, Settings>>Sync>>Logout,
then log back in again and click "Mobile", and tick the accounts/lists you want to sync, then click Sync.

Open Mailwasher on your mobile, click "Log in", enter your email address and password, and you should be all set.....?

Yes. Your instructions worked perfectly. I first deleted one email account in MW Mobile to test the instructions. When that worked, I then deleted all accounts. After relogging in and syncing, all email accounts downloaded all emails up to date.

Not so fast.

All of my email accounts loaded and performed normally after following your instructions, except my two primary accounts, both with the same ISP. I've tried entering the account settings manually, but I keep getting the same red-backgrounded error message –
Your email provider has indicated that your email settings are not correct.
I've tried reentering the password and settings, but not having much luck. I've tried refollowing your original instructions, but cannot get those two accounts to be listed in MW Mobile.

OK sure thing, in that case, if all your settings are indeed correct, there really is unfortunately not much more we can do, the current mobile version is very limited and has no logging to see where the error is, it's in desperate need of a update however we're currently working on the new PC version and cannot get started on this until after that's completed....

Note that the mobile version is a free app, so we really do need to get the paid PC 8.xx version released first so we can continue.

Thanks for replying.

I may try deleting all email accounts in MW Mobile again, and hope that the two troublesome accounts get included with the next sync.

Looking forward to the new MW 8 and, hopefully a MW Mobile update.

Yes, could be worth a try... I'd try syncing one account at a time, sometimes that works better too.... cheers!

Good idea, but didn't work.

Took a look at the video of MWPro 8 on YouTube. Looks nicely improved. I'd like to try it when it's available.
