Not getting email displayed

I've refreshed MW mobile several times (ok, 10 times) but it's not showing any of my recent email. It appears to go through the refresh process, but nothing new is coming through... Is there a server problem?

It's been taking more and more refreshes to get it to update over the last week or so.

Hi Steve

I can't see any issues with it. It does take some short time to go to the server, collect your email and then bring back the results. But it will only do this every 3 minutes if you're using the app, otherwise it will check every 15 minutes in the background.

Ok, it kicked back in this afternoon and I started getting emails listed again. I've got used to having to refresh the display five or six times to see email, but this took around six hours to update. Possibly more. I started looking at 07:00 UK time and finally got updates around 13:00. Very strange. Probably a one off. Thanks for looking.

Ok, we did have a server issue yesterday so that might have been the cause
