When I try to login to my washer on my Galaxy phone, he does not accept the credentials that I set up on mail washer professional. I can sign into mail watcher on my desktop, but not on my phone.

Assistance will be appreciated

I was confused when I first tried Android MailWasher on my Galaxy S4 until I realised I needed to input my Firetrust log in details, rather than my email username and password. Probably not relevant but just thought I would lob in my ha'pennorth as nobody else seems to have responded.
