Hi,

I just registered for Mail Washer Mobile this morning. As soon as I registered and put in my user name and the password I wanted and then tried to log in, it says invalid user name and password. And I know I put in the correct password because I copied and pasted it. I then tried to re register under a different email address. Same thing.

I tried to do a password reset.... I never get the email because as soon as I hit the send email button I get a little circle for one second then goes back to click here to submit?

That's odd, we've tried it here and it's working all ok. I can't find your account in our system, so can you try and register again. Try on your desktop using Google Chrome at http://mailwasher.firetrust.com

What mobile are you using?

I tried registering under chris@cwm030.com

and CWM030@Yahoo.com

That is very odd.... I am using a Samsung Galaxy J3[6]

I just created an account with Chris@CWM030.COM

and I am logged in via the website, but when I open MWP and try to log in it says INVALID PASSWORD.

Yet, I am using the password I picked.

What mobile phone/tablet are you using?

So you login to MWP via Setting>>Sync ?

I still can't see the account you made in our system either

Does it work if you log back in to the website link?

No, Invalid email or password.

OK, I'll need to get a programmer to have a look at it - something odd going on

Looks like its working!!!!

I was able to log in with my phone and MWP

I even logged out of MWP on the PC and logged back in and its working!

Great, good to hear. Not sure what happened the first time. The mobile version is pretty basic, but we're intending to update it
