Also Unable to Login

The mobile app crashed this morning and I found it had logged me out. Since then, it won't let me log in or change the password from the mobile version.

I ended up restting the password on the website, for which I've had a confirmation email. However, I still can't log in on the mobile app, and now I can't log in to sync accounts on the desktop version either - I enter the new password and it says it's incorrect. How long does it take for a password change to take effect?

Sorry, our host had some maintenance done and it didn't auto-restart. But it's working again now.
