There are no accounts defined

MWM has been hung for a while but seems to have partially recovered. When I now fire up MWM, I get a message that there are no accounts defined. I had three yesterday! I’ve logged out and back in again but it insists there are no accounts. I fired up the laptop and tried to sync my mobile accounts but that never ends.

Any suggestions?

Same is happening to me. MW desktop is fine. Mobile lost all the accounts with no changes made on my part.

Yes, sorry about this. We're investigating this. In the meantime....

First, log off MW Mobile, (icon for this top L/H side in MW Mobile >> Logout)
Then log off MWPro on your PC via Settings>>Sync>>Account>>Logout.

In MWPro 7.12 on your PC go to Settings>>Sync>>Login and log into your MW Mobile account.

Then, click "Mobile", and tick the accounts/lists you want to sync, then click Sync.

Open Mailwasher on your mobile, click "Log in", enter your email address and password, and you should be all set.

Same happened to me. Two (ie all) accounts have disappeared. I've tried recreating them, re-installing mailwasher on my iphone and recreating accounts - no joy !!!

This is the second time this has happened to me in the last few weeks. Thanks for the instructions, it made recovery simple.

However, I did note that when I went to log out on my PC, per your instructions, I was already logged out!! I merely had to log back in, sync my mobile and log back in on the mobile.
