I can't login to the mobile server. Tried phone and ipad, but no joy. Usual, was kicked out and now logging in just gets me a spinner for a few seconds and then nothing.

I have same issue, I just purchased MailWasher Pro, was able to register and install via Desktop but after install of App on my IPhone, not able to login to sync! I uninstalled and reinstalled the App with no success, tried a password reset as well but no luck! I see alot of issues where surver is down, if this is the case, not a very stable product!!

Don’t judge too quickly. I’ve been using it for years and the outages are not that often. It’s just that not much else gets discussed in this forum, so the outages look more frequent than they really are. I would hate to be without MWMobile - it lets me clear the junk way faster than using the desktop.

I’ve been trying to log into mobile for 3 days now but I just get invalid credentials error. I am able to log into the website so the credentials are good. What do you suggest?

I have a vague recollection of needing to go into settings on the desktop and sync with the mobile app. Sadly, that was some years ago, so I may not be recalling it properly.

For what it’s worth, I can confirm that the mobile app is working fine and has been since the guys restarted it. You would probably be better to raise a new topic if you’re having problems as it is more likely to be looked at.
