My Mobile app has worked without issue for quite a while but within the last week or so is no longer loading/synching all new emails on the server. For example, I am notified in the morning that there are 8 emails in my main account's inbox; Mailwasher is only picking up 2 of them despite several attempts to synch to current status. This isn't just happening overnight - I get new email alerts in the day and my desktop and laptop Mailwashers are picking up the new mail but the mobile version isn't. Overall, it is very hit and miss.

The only difference as far as my setup goes is that I have added one extra account to the 2 that were there for a long time. However, there is little traffic on this new account.

General - I am on v 2.1.0 on an Android based operating system on a Galaxy S20 Ultra

Can anybody help me fix this problem?

Hi Nick, this morning I am seeing exactly the same problem. I had one email get pulled in via the synch process which left 12 others unreviewed/unsynched on the server. I had to go to the laptop to access these via Mailwasher

Just tried again before posting this. 3 emails on server, only 1 synched in by MW Mobile

@nick.bolton - still no change; seems to be a familiar pattern of only loading one email and then it doesn't matter how many times you try to synch - that's your lot!
