Hello all,

I have recently attempted to install MW on my Android phone. I downloaded the app, but when I go to login (using the same email address and pw as I use on the Firetrust site), I get an error message saying "Invalid username or Password" .

I even went through the process of resetting my password, but still the same result.

Is this a know issue with the mobile app?

Yes, MW Mobile uses a all new logon, not the one you use for our web logon....

On your PC MWpro installation:

First check under Help>>About to see that you are using version 7.15, if not, update from here:

Then, on your PC, you need to click, Settings>>Sync, Account>>click Create Firetrust Logon, and create this.

Once complete, click Mobile, tick the accounts you want to sync, and click the Sync button.


Then, once that is complete, go to your MW Mobile, log on using your email address and password you created as above.

Then you should see your accounts listed....?

I tried all that, but when I go to Create Firetrust Login, it comes up with "Incorrect username or password.

I found I had to use a different email address than I have used for the web login.

All seems to be working now.
