HideAway stuck on Checking for License
For some reason HideAway has hung on checking for license. I've deleted and reinstalled the program and it is still doing this. What can I do to get it to work properly again. See attached.

OK in that case, please PM me the email address you used for purchase and I'll check the key to ensure there's no issues with it....

Re: HideAway stuck on Checking for License
Great, thanks for sending that, and no, no issues with your rego key, this error usually if this occurs, the keys activation limit has been reached, (I checked and reset it, but it had not) or the PC in question is not connected to the internet.
Please restart your PC, ensure you have internet, then try Hideaway again if you could....?
If still no good, can you please close HideAway (right click its icon in your system tray and click Quit) and do this.
Could you go to Windows search button, (right beside the windows button in your task bar) then type 'Run' and click Enter.
Then type(or copy/paste) in the run text area:
%APPDATA%\HideAway
And click Ok,
This will open up file explorer. Can you delete the HideAway folder.
Restart HideAway and your trial will begin, click, "Enter License Key" and paste in your key and click Activate.
How'd that go?
