HideAway.exe v4.20.4 crashed

Hi,

I thought I finally got it working after disabling all the security software, etc., but it only took about 5 minutes.
Moreover, all TCP sessions were frozen in the end.
This HideAway.exe cannot be used properly,
so I uninstalled it.

The Windows Event Viewer has many records of:

If I can't resolve the issue, I plan to return it using the 30-day return policy from the place of purchase.

What version of Windows are you using?

If it's Windows 7, can you please try this version

By uninstalling other VPN connection software, the continuous usage time has been extended to maximum of 15 mins.
However, the same exception error still occurs and the crash situation remains the same.

Have you considered checking for any conflicting VPN connection software, as uninstalling others seemed to extend the usage time but didn't resolve the exception error?
