Torrents not Downloading

Torrents are basically not downloading using uTorrent 3.6
Stuck on “ Finding peers ”
Makes no difference between “Directing Torrents” or “Direct My Computer”
Without HA active downloads start AOK. But do not want to do this!
Where is the problem?

Sorry, looks like our host is having a problem.

Even their website is down, I'll try and get in touch to see what's going on
