Mega-huge GUI... again

The big window was a feature of some older versions and I can't say I ever liked it . Resizing is possible, but it doesn't remember next time it boots . On another pc of mine the top right corner has 'minimize' and 'close' instead of icons and they are superimposed on top of each other making reliable selection a tad iffy . Thank you for making this very important piece of s/w but we deserve a more reliable GUI in 2025 please .

Yeah, the current GUI is a stop gap while we design the proper next GUI to accommodate custom rules and try and make it easy to use.
