I don't have subscription of any of them, but can you tell me how to use "Watch US TV"?
It doesn't seem to change IPs in browsers.
I don't think any of them provides desktop apps.

Hi
If you do select 'Watch US TV' and press the Connect button. Then open your webs browser and go to https://ipinfo.io/json it should show a US location. Sometimes you have to open a new browser tab as the connection can still be held on an existing browser tab for 30 seconds.
