HideAway not working?

When HideAway started today it hangs at checking for licence. Was working fine last night. Can you help?

Try restarting it as it should be working again. We store our licensing at Google Cloud and they had an outage today.

Tried restarting HideAway. No change, still sits at Checking for Licence.
Uninstalled HideAway, rebooted and reinstalled v4.22.2.0, rebooted and started HideAway again, still sits checking for Licence.

I'm running Windows 11 Pro 64 bit. & have been using HideAway since July 2019 without a problem.

Any suggestions?

Can you try turn off and on your modem/router and see if that helps, as I'm suspecting that something is cached somewhere at your ISP.

Turned router off for 5 minutes & restarted it. Reinstalled HideAway. No change, still sits at Checking For Licence.

Found several Windows updates had been installed this morning, so uninstalled them. No change.

Also remembered when HideAway stopped working I went to your HideAway website looking for any information that may help, and while clicking around I got a Server error 500 message which I assume would be from one of your servers. Could this have anything to do with my problem?

I'll leave it for a day or two to see what happens. If nothing changes I'll restore my last backup.

Sorry, can you try starting it again now. Don't bother uninstalling etc.
We were getting hit pretty hard with some LLM bots.

Thanks Nick, I've gone back to my 30th May backup and all is working OK. Now I just have to work which update has messed me up.

Ok, good to know. We'll be issuing an update next week which will have a new driver so that should hopefully fix things too
