My previous message doesn't seem to have been posted.

I have the same problems.

Whether the countries are crossed out (UK, ITV player, BBC player they worked fine about 2 weeks ago) or not (Canada), there is no direction.

I'm on Windows 7 with Webroot as firewall, and haven't done any updates on my Windows recently.

Sorry for double message.

I downloaded the beta version but it doesn't have what I was using: bbc player, itv player and Canada. So beta is no use to me.
