I could not load Hideway in the Qantas lounges in either Auckland or in Sydney, nor could I load it at the Metro Hotel in Sydney.
All of these organizations offer free WiFi to which I was connected, so not sure if this is where the problem lies?
Can anyone offer a solution?

Could you try going to Hideaway>>Settings, and changing the port from 8080 to 80 and see if that works? Port 80 is used for all website traffic so it should work.
