I have used the trial version on one machine and bought a license for it.

Is there a way to get a license for a second machine by paying the difference between 1 and 2 license (5$) or do I have to pay another 44$

I could not find a link to do that...

No, there's no automagic way right now to upgrade the # of licenses and just pay the difference. So we have to do it manually via coupon codes, I'll flick you an email.
