Why did you remove the option to redirect the whole computer?
VERY important to my (and probably many other users) security & privacy.

We did for now because we wanted to avoid people torrenting through US servers, because then we risk having servers shut down. We did add a torrents rule instead.
I guess we can add it back, but might exclude the US servers for it. Is this likely to cause an issue for yourself?
At the moment there's no encryption in the version.

Thanks for the update
I was using the full redirect for a few applications including Outlook.
Also on the previous version (2.0) sometime had difficulty with BBC/Iplayer when redirecting at the browser level (Chrome) but that may be due to some cookie info. - always worked fine at the full redirect.
I guess that without encryption its not going to make a great diff. Just hope that we get the individual rules back soon & Canadian servers
Hate upsetting Google & other apps with diff locations & their reset requests
No weekends off till its done
Cheers

The reason Chrome won't be consistent is that it will be holding on to the previous connection for 30 seconds or so. You'll need to restart Chrome or open a private browsing tab.
This version below has ‘All Computer’ added back in to it, but torrents will go through Netherlands if you do select this rule.
You will need to uninstall current version, restart computer and then install this version (until we finish auto-updates)

Just updated to latest version and re-routed whole computer via Netherlands as suggested- Tried to log onto my Visa account and Firefox refused the connection saying the certificate was not valid. Logged out of HideAway and could immediately connect. Would you have expected this to be an issue? If so and if you do not have a work around I think I may have to stop using HideAway until you have got the service working properly again with rules, exceptions etc. It is one thing to have to shut down HideAway to use my wireless printer, it gets too complicated if I have to remember which sites HideAway will prevent me visiting.

Did you uninstall the previous version and restart your computer, then install it?
OK, yes we'd need to add in exceptions to local addresses for printers etc

Yes, Nick, I removed the previous version(s) and rebooted my PC before each version.

I know browsers will often cache a previous connection for a while, so perhaps you can try a private browsing session or restart Firefox. I can't see how you'd get a certificate error though as we're not doing anything to fudge the certificate. But yes, rules are going to be much more helpful to the majority

Thanks Nick. I'm moving location tomorrow and will check again afterwards.
