Am i missing something or have the BEEB just got tougher

TV licenses / sign in a/cs and whatever.

So cant test if 'london' is working or even if I can
will ever watch Iplayer.

It does look that way, I don't recall the signup process being required before.

A dummy postcode like N1 0AA will work, and the license popup is just a confirmation, it doesn't require input of any details.
