can't access a u-tube video

I have version 3.3.0, and have tried every possible redirect but the site '
https://youtu.be/QgGQ79meTe0" still tells me video is not available in my country.
Any idea why???

Working here both firefox and chrome. At the moment with 'redirect all computer' UK London. usually Sydney and that always works. Have you checked you are behind Hideaway? check
http://www.whatsmyip.org/. Cut and paste address at top into ip location on the left.

It's working fine, for me — to get it working, please
clear your browser history.
To do so in
Firefox, hold down the key-press combination of (
Ctrl +
Shift +
Delete) >>----> ensure that
except for
Site Preferences, all other option boxes are ticked (as illustrated below) >>---->
Clear Now:—

One should not have to use the
Redirect All Computer option while
only the browser is sought to be redirected.
