Watch Netflix USA and windows update network error (and possible fix)

After installing the latest update kb4458469:

Watch Netflix USA gave a network error in the browser.

The fix was to give permission to the windows firewall again.

Thanks Pieter, good to know. We also just pushed an update to put Netflix through a different server, that might have helped trigger the issue.
